This website is owned and operated by Welsh Luxury Soap Co. These Terms set forth the terms of service under which you may use our website and Services as offered by us. This website offers visitors, handmade organic soaps in an environmentally friendly packaging as well as monthly soap subscription boxes. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18 years of age but are at least 13 years old, that you are using the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian and that you have received your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services. If you are under 18 years of age and have not received such permission from your parent or legal guardian, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, use the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer the Services to any person or entity and change our eligibility criteria at any time. You are solely responsible for ensuring that these Terms of Service are in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you and the right to access the Services is revoked where these Terms of Service or use of the Services is prohibited or to the extent offering, sale or provision of the Services conflicts with any applicable law, rule or regulation.
To sign up for the Services, you must register for an account on the Services (an “Account”). You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your Account information updated. You shall not: (i) select or use as a username a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use as a username a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorisation; or (iii) use as a username a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account, and for keeping your Account password secure. You may never use another person’s user account or registration information for the Services without permission. You must notify us immediately of any change in your eligibility to use the Services, breach of security or unauthorised use of your Account. You should never publish, distribute, or post login information for your Account. You have the ability to delete your Account, either directly or through a request made to one of our employees.
Ordering, delivery, payment, and billing
Certain of our Services, including the purchase of any products or subscriptions (such as subscription soap boxes) offered by us, may be subject to payments now or in the future (the “Recurring Services”), which in certain cases may include automatically renewing payment obligations. Please note that any payment terms presented to you in the process of using or signing up for a Recurring Service are deemed part of these Terms of Service.
You may place an order for Recurring Services at any time. You may check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order to us by clicking the “Check out” button on the checkout page. An order submitted by you constitutes a legally binding offer given by you to us to purchase the Recurring Services specified in that order, subject to these Terms of Service, at the price and on the terms stated when you sign up or place your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Your order will not be considered accepted until we have received payment of the purchase price of your order. We may send an acknowledgment of our receipt of your order to the email address you provide, after your payment for the order has been processed, so that you may print the information for your records. Unless otherwise stated at the time you place your order, title, and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you specified when you placed the order, provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.
Our products and services, including, without limitation, our Recurring Services, are for your personal, non-commercial use, and once delivered to you may not be resold, redistributed, exported, or used for any other commercial purpose. The rights you have under these Terms of Service are personal to you and are non-transferable.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or customer service for products that have been acquired from an unauthorised reseller, including, but not limited to, any seller on Amazon, eBay, or similar online marketplaces.
We use a third-party payment processor, PayPal, (the “Payment Processor”) to bill you through a payment account linked to your Account on the Services (your “Billing Account”) for the Recurring Services. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms of Service. We are not responsible for errors by the Payment Processor. By choosing to use Paid Services, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of such Recurring Services in accordance with the applicable payment terms and you authorise us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”). You agree to make payments using that selected Payment Method. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that the Payment Processor makes even if it has already requested or received payment.
The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method. If we, through the Payment Processor, do not receive payment from you, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand.
Important notice to consumers:
Auto-renewals and recurring billing for soap subscription boxes
Some of the Recurring Services, such as the purchase of soap subscription boxes, may consist of an initial period for which there is a Trial Offer, followed by recurring periodic charges as agreed to by you when you sign up for such soap subscription boxes (“Subscription Services”). Unless you opt out of a Subscription Service, which can be done via the methods described below, the Subscription Services that you have signed up for will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term you originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate. By choosing a Subscription Service, you acknowledge that such Subscription Service has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to the effective date of cancellation of such Subscription Service. All recurring payments relating to Subscription Services are fully earned upon payment.
To change or cancel your Subscription Services at any time, go to your Account, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you terminate a Subscription Service, your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current subscription term expires.
Current information required
You must provide current, complete, and accurate information for your Billing Account. You must promptly update all information to keep your Billing Account current, complete and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number or credit card expiration date), and you must promptly notify us or our Payment Processor if your Payment Method is cancelled (e.g., for loss or theft) or if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorised disclosure or use of your user name or password. Changes to such information can be made on your Account.
IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE FOREGOING INFORMATION, YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY CONTINUE CHARGING YOU FOR ANY USE OF PAID SERVICES UNDER YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU HAVE TERMINATED YOUR PAID SERVICES AS SET FORTH ABOVE.
Change in amount authorised
If the amount to be charged to your Billing Account varies from the amount you preauthorised, you have the right to receive, and we shall provide, notice of the amount to be charged and the date of the charge before the scheduled date of the transaction. If, on receipt of such notice, you do not wish to continue with the purchase, you may cancel at any time before the scheduled date of the transaction. Any agreement you have with your payment provider will govern your use of your Payment Method. You agree that we may accumulate charges incurred and submit them as one or more aggregate charges during or at the end of each billing cycle.
Reaffirmation of authorisation
Your non-termination or continued use of a Paid Service (including, without limitation, Subscription Services) reaffirms that we are authorised to charge your Payment Method for that Recurring Service. We may submit those charges for payment, and you will be responsible for such charges. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you. Your charges may be payable in advance, in arrears, per usage or as otherwise described when you initially selected to use the Recurring Service.
Free trials and other promotions
Any free trial or other promotion that provides access to a Recurring Service (a "Trial Offer”) must be used within the specified time of the Trial Offer. You will be required to have a valid Payment Method on file in order to initiate a Trial Offer. You must stop using a Recurring Service before the end of the Trial Offer period in order to avoid being charged for that Recurring Service. If you cancel prior to the end of the Trial Offer period and are inadvertently charged for a Recurring Service, please contact us at email@example.com. Trial Offers are one-time only for new customers and are limited to one per household. Additional terms and limitations may apply and will be more fully explained at the time you sign up for the Trial Offer. Any such additional terms and limitations are deemed part of these Terms of Service.
Return and refund policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
Promotional emails and content
You agree to receive from time-to-time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with. If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we or our owners, employees, suppliers, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our owners, employees, suppliers assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
Governing law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, relevant United Kingdom law and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Agreement.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and, as such, we will aim to deal with your complaint within 3 working days; in most instances we will aim to deal with your complaint within 24 hours.
